Welding screens, high temperature and fire-proof curtains, heat shields, stress relieving blankets, brazing pads, insulation-mattresses (extreme hot-face work), protection of equipment and machinery from heat, sparks and molten metal.
High temperature resistance, highly flexible, drapeable and resistant to vibration, withstands contact with molten metal, shields incidental metal splatter (vertical deployment), excellent resistance to most chemicals (vulnerable only to extremely strong acids and bases), finish stabilises the fabric.
