Our woven fabric range, made from ring spun, friction spun (DREF), and continuous filament yarns, caters to high-temperature and mechanical hazard settings. Products such as the KC series utilize glass-core yarns with aramid sheaths to maintain performance at temperatures up to 450ºC. Other fabrics like OKC balance heat resistance with metal shedding prevention.
Aluminised fabrics from TBA, coated with polyester film on both sides, excel in welding and heat splash protection across steelworks, foundries, blast furnaces, and glass manufacturing. TBA’s patented finishes, Weldstop® and Weldstop® Plus, withstand oxygen-enriched flames exceeding 1500°C and contain molten metal droplets up to 70 grams, all while delivering abrasion resistance far exceeding silica cloth. Graflex®, a graphite- and silicone-treated glass textile, offers flexibility at temperatures up to 600°C, chemical resistance, and wear durability.
